True-ish Tales

My daughter’s chicken in Minecraft loves the closet so she named her El Hen Degeneres.

There’s a very aggressive bird who has been keep a close eye on the cat even taking to dive bombing him. The cat’s reaction is too funny because he seems rather surprised and unaware. There must be a nest nearby because the birds squawks a lot, too.

True story..we’ve been without a couch for over a year. That all changed last week. The girl is super happy to have a couch again.

Daughter asks where the broom is because she wants to sweep up some debris outside so I tell her to use the broom in the garage (because the good broom is not to be used outside). She comes back with a rake. Some basic housekeeping skills really need to be reviewed it seems.

My new jam is “Wham bam shang a lang” that was featured in Guardians of the Galaxy 2. The girl has an exercise ball she loves to bounce on. The cat is not a fan of the bouncing.

We all loved The Avengers Endgame and the girl was especially happy to see Spider-man again.

It’s amazing she is so skinny with how much she likes second dinner.

Love that my car loves learning. They were learning about probabilities and she caught on really quickly to it partly because she read about it in this book “Lauren Ipsum” that teaches computer science without teaching it directly.

A little inside joke. One morning we are heading out for school when I point out to the girl where her lunchbox is and her gym shorts to which she says something smart like “glad you told me. I would have gotten those confused!”
